This policy explains how DM Partner (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website, create a public First Post Preview, use an account, connect social platforms, buy a service, or contact support.
We use information to provide and restore requested features; generate content and media; connect, schedule, and publish to accounts you select; provide analytics; operate subscriptions and billing; send service messages and optional marketing where permitted; answer support requests; prevent abuse and fraud; diagnose errors; comply with law; and improve the Service.
For the public preview allowance, we use an opaque browser identifier, an account identifier when signed in, and the normalized registrable domain to enforce the limit of five successful previews. Private browsing does not create a new domain allowance.
Anonymous previews are associated with an opaque browser access token; we store a hash of that token. Knowing a business domain alone does not grant access to another user’s preview. If you sign in through the preview flow, eligible preview records may be linked to your account so you can restore them.
Sending the PDF report is optional. Newsletter consent is separate and is not required to receive the report. We store a hash of the report email address and delivery timestamps/status to reduce accidental duplicate sends and support explicit resend requests.
We disclose information only as needed to operate a feature, complete a transaction, comply with law, protect the Service, or complete a business transfer. Relevant providers may include:
Each third party processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Current controls include HTTPS for supported production endpoints, server-side authentication and authorization for protected features, hashed opaque tokens for anonymous preview access, access restrictions, error logging, and abuse-prevention controls. We do not intentionally place credentials in public content or operational logs.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including service operation, restoration, security, support, billing, analytics, allowance enforcement, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and account status.
First Post Preview records are retained to restore the preview, enforce the allowance, provide support, and maintain an operational audit trail. Abandoned anonymous previews are reviewed for deletion or anonymization when no longer needed. You may request deletion through support, subject to records we must retain for security, legal, or transaction purposes.
We use essential cookies for sessions, security, preferences, and public-preview restoration. Analytics or marketing technologies are used only where configured and with consent where required. Browser settings can block cookies, but essential features may then not work.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You can disconnect social accounts in account settings and use an unsubscribe link or contact support to change marketing preferences. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
DM Partner and its providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use an appropriate available mechanism, such as contractual safeguards or an applicable adequacy framework.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
