DM Partner uses limited permissions from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok so you can:
- Upload and publish posts/videos
- View channel and page insights

We only request the minimum access needed, and your data is used solely for publishing and analytics features.

Permissions we request and why
Google / YouTube
- Profile information (email, profile) – identify the account and tie uploads to the correct user.
- YouTube upload – use videos.insert to upload content directly from DM Partner.
- YouTube read-only – fetch channel and video details, status, and analytics for reporting.
Facebook & Instagram (via Meta APIs)
- Basic Page/IG account access – identify connected Pages and accounts.
- Publish permissions – schedule and publish posts, photos, and videos on behalf of the user.
- Read insights – retrieve metrics (likes, comments, engagement, reach) to power analytics dashboards.
TikTok
- Basic profile access – link the correct TikTok account.
- Publish permissions – upload and schedule short-form videos.
- Analytics read access – fetch video performance metrics – views, likes, shares – for comparison reporting.
Security. Tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you authorize inside DM Partner.
Control. Disconnect platforms at any time via Settings ? Social Accounts; removing access immediately stops all API calls on your behalf.
